Our commitment to Changing the Faces of Homelessness within LA County is driven by hard work with providing stable housing with case management services to ensure our residents goals are achieved by developing housing stability plans to meet their needs. We also assist with ILS/ADLs with medication monitoring, financial literacy courses with health and wellness classes.
